Sama Atallah, MD

Sama Atallah, MD, is an Internal medicine physician at Prosperity Internal Medicine in Reston, Virginia. Dr. Atallah is passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients and is committed to delivering personalized, compassionate care that addresses the whole person—not just their symptoms.

Originally from Amman, Jordan, Dr. Atallah earned her medical degree through a six-year medical program at the University of Jordan School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at the Washington Hospital Center/Georgetown University Hospital Internal Medicine Program in Washington, D.C.

At Prosperity Internal Medicine, Dr. Atallah provides comprehensive primary care to adults aged 18 and older. She has a particular interest in women’s health and is dedicated to providing culturally sensitive care that respects the diverse backgrounds and values of her patients.

Dr. Atallah is fluent in both English and Arabic and has been practicing Internal Medicine since 2018. Outside of work, she is a busy mother of four boys and enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
